The
Long Barn is a coverted Devon long barn dating back to the late 19th
century.
The lounge sits to the front of the property and benefits from
the stunning views across the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to the
open sea that forms Bideford Bay. The kitchen is behind and adjacent to
the lounge and has a door to a wide hall which connects to the two
bedrooms, the bathroom and the second washroom, with its own toilet.
The
Barn provides very comfortable accommodation benefitting from gas central
heating throughout and a gas log effect fire in the lounge. The lounge
provides a very cosy place to sit at any time of the day but especially in
the evenings, with the fire lit.
Electricity, heating and hot water are
inclusive in the booking fee.
The Barn is situated in a very safe
environment for children and dogs, with an enclosed back garden, a large
side grassed garden, the nearest road being approximately 300 metres away
on foot.
There is parking for two cars adjacent to the property. . The barn was used as a
pottery for many years but was originally the farm's piggery.
